The following is a select listing of contracts recently awarded to EDS. Only contracts that have been publicly disclosed by either EDS or a client are included.
- ConvaTec Selects EDS, an HP Company, To Manage IT Environment (16 Oct 2008)
- PLANO, Texas – EDS, an HP company, and global medical device company ConvaTec today announced they have signed a $95 million information technology (IT) services agreement.
- Sal. Oppenheim Signs IT Outsourcing Contract Extension with EDS (06 Aug 2008)
- EDS today announced that Sal. Oppenheim jr. & CIE., Europe's leading private bank, has extended its information technology (IT) outsourcing contract with EDS for five years. Financial terms were not disclosed. The contract extension covers the management of Sal. Oppenheim's existing IT infrastructure at all locations. Since 1997, EDS has managed and operated the entire Sal. Oppenheim IT infrastructure.
- EDS Signs IT Outsourcing and Transformation Agreement With CAT Group (21 Jul 2008)
- PLANO, Texas – EDS today said it has signed a seven-year agreement with the CAT Group, a worldwide provider of transport and logistics services, to develop, integrate, deploy and support the company's software applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
- EDS Subsidiary Awarded $148 Million CMS Contract for Medicare Administrative Services to Northwest (02 Jul 2008)
- HERNDON, Va. – EDS today announced that the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has awarded its subsidiary, NHIC, Corp., a $148 million contract to administer Part A and Part B Medicare claims payments to health care providers in four northwestern states.
- Meggitt Selects EDS to Manage New SAP Platform (16 Jun 2008)
- PLANO, Texas and CHRISTCHURCH, England – EDS and Meggitt PLC today announced that EDS has been selected to host and manage Meggitt’s new SAP system. The SAP system will serve as Meggitt’s standard, global enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
- EDS to Upgrade Federal Government's Online Services (30 May 2008)
- CANBERRA – EDS Australia has won a contract to transform the Federal Government's australia.gov.au website into a whole-of-government transaction point covering multiple services.
- Kellwood Renews Information Technology Outsourcing Agreement with EDS (27 May 2008)
- PLANO, Texas and ST LOUIS, Missouri – EDS and Kellwood Company today announced the two companies have renewed their long-term information technology (IT) services relationship. With the seven-year agreement, EDS will continue to provide a full package of leveraged IT services to support the marketer of apparel and consumer soft goods’ future strategy.
- EDS Chosen To Manage Combat Veteran Call Center For Department of Veterans Affairs (09 May 2008)
- HERNDON, Virginia – The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has selected EDS to provide outbound calling services and inbound callback support to facilitate the Combat Veteran Call Center outreach and education campaign to make combat veterans more aware of health care services and benefits available from the VA.
- EDS Returns to Georgia with $391 Million Medicaid Win (29 Apr 2008)
- ATLANTA – EDS, the recognized leader in providing health care support to state governments, has been awarded a seven-year, $391 million contract by the state of Georgia to design, develop and implement a new-generation Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).
- Xerox Extends Information Technology Services Contract With EDS (17 Apr 2008)
- PLANO, Texas and NORWALK, Conn. – EDS and Xerox Corporation announced today a $263 million agreement whereby EDS will manage and support Xerox's end-user computing environment, deliver internal Service Desk services, and provide mainframe services for an additional five years. The extended and expanded agreement provides the scale and flexibility for Xerox to stay ahead of technology advances and easily respond to changing and evolving market needs worldwide.
